RealAbstract
Symptom: Clutch pedal stuck to the floor. Sometimes it comes back... So after a new brake master cylinder, slave cylinder and tons of bleeding... I realized the issue was internal and not hydraulic. The clutch was going anyways, so that's cool. Oh crap, should I try to attempt this myself and risk not finishing it OR getting my new sunday dress dirty? No way, I contacted Subikid90 and he was down for the job. Kyle was a great bucket of knowledge and a subiwhiz. He rocked the job out, while I learned a few things along the way. Coming from Hondas, I really feel I know my new car much more now. RealAbstract
You made pulling the engine look like it wasn't even a big deal... ha
SBT
Exactly same issues with mine a year ago and the TSB fix was all it needed. Nothing wrong with the master cylinder it's all in the hose and the slave cylinder. That said, replacing the clutch also means you can put in a new rear main seal, and do the vapor barrier replacement at the same time. And pulling the engine means you can do the cam and front main seals as well as resealing your valve covers. - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -
