SubyShop.com
A stiffer spring rate reduces the amount of squat and dive. Ideally, you could look into a set of Koni inserts and springs for under $1000. Otherwise, a set of aftermarket springs while using the stock struts is do-able, but not optimal. -Franz

Beanboy
What's with all the squat talk lately? JDM takeoffs also work for under $1000. New Bilstein HDs matched with springs should be able to squeak under $1000 as well. -B http://www.standardshift.com

I personally like Konis + Pinks + Group N tops. -Paisan
