Max Capacity
Any body shop can mix you up some. If your really that picky. Also any auto parts store can order you some. I had my buddy's body shop paint two plastic plugs for the front bumper where I removed the front plate, he didn't charge me anything and I have a small bottle of touch up. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. Slickvic
I bought mine here: http://www.paintscratch.com/ They sell in 1 oz. quantities. The color match was spot on. They also sell clear coat and lacquer thinner in 1 oz. bottles My local automotive paint stores around here wont even sell paint in quantities smaller than a pint. iNVAR
fyi, no matter how good of a match you get from anywhere (dealer, paint shop, online, etc.) if the scratch is large, you will *never* get BSM to match perfectly. it's a metallic paint... there are actually specks of metal in it. the way it looks once the paint is cured depends on many factors including 1) mixture percentage 2) temperature 3) humidity 4) application method (brush vs spray) 5) spray distance 6) thickness of base coat 7) thickness of clearcoat 8) direction you sprayed fromt, etc. etc. etc. the list goes on. i know because i tried...
