robert0508
my Subaru power light blinks at start up and i checked it said the duty c is the code, i cleared it and it came back but the car drives fine and shifts fine. but it did rain here a good bit last night and when i floored it the front wheels spun and i don't think the back did anything. is there any way to really test that stupid solenoid without tearing into the drive train? Brian3676
Depending on the year there is a fuse holder on the right side of the engine bay on the strut tower. You can put a fuse in there. I replaced a duty c on a legacy, really is not very hard only takes maybe 2 hours. Shops charge book time and that's like $800-1000 :-( Do you get binding on sharp turns or if your doing a u turn? robert0508
what does "binding" feel like? cause i can do small circles and figure 8s ok,and it takes corners also decent for a car from the early 90s
