Boostjunkie
Or you could just buy wheels with the correct offset and have 19x8.5" wheels like I do with untouched fenders and no rubbing
Brookmastr
Yeah true. How does it ride? well i also have a full suspension on there look under my suspension thread, just search "tein, cusco, perrin". Well they rub because its dropped pretty low and yes the offset is off a little. Works well though. Thanks for being smart boostjunkie, yeah didnt help. icandy
i got 19 x 8 +40, I don't recommend it, next one up from it was +49 and would hit my brembos. I had to pump out the guards big time to fit properly. Go for +43 at least. here a old pic http://www.nextmod.com.au/project/GT/gallery/ProjectGT2.jpg
Boostjunkie
Front Stoptechs and rear Brembos under my 19x8.5" 51mm offset wheels. No rubbing, no spacers and I'm lowered close to 2" on MR coilovers and a host of other suspension goodies. Offset does not tell the whole story for brake clearance. The design of the wheels and where it puts the spokes relative to the brakes makes a huge difference in caliper clearance even when the offset is nominally the same. hutru01
Wow thats close. I bet you can't put too much weight in the back and not have it rub? i got 19 x 8 +40, I don't recommend it, next one up from it was +49 and would hit my brembos. Blue GT
^thats pretty sweet, you need a little fender pull on top of the roll!
Brookmastr
icandy car looks great, Axis008, my offset is actually 35. Very aggressive in the front (fenders cut). Fits and works well in the rear (fenders cut) with a 2.5 degree camber asj. Wheels not my first pick but they really work well and look good in person, oh also VERY CHEAP! for now. Big dips in the road rub a little I just have to be careful. I am running Nitto 555 225/30/ZR19. Boostjunkie what other suspension goodies? What size tires are you running? How close are you from your coilover post? Thanks for responding.
EL PAALO
Bravo for making something fit. You should downsize the brakes next so you can run some dayton 100 spoke 14x10 with a negative offset. Reminds me of Bonzai Kitty.

Brookmastr
haha, well i will shell out the right money when i have some. Couldnt pass it up for $600 when i can sell them for that when i get lightweights with the correct offset. Sorry im not made of money. Yeah man some Daytons would look hot bravo for you for being a cool guy with nothing good to share. I made this thread because i dont see people running 19's very often. Oh and things are working correctly for what they are. Anyone want to share their pics and info on 19's is what im looking for, not these crap comments.
