Is there any Walk through's for Changing Differential fluid and AT fluid?

Does anyone have any walk Throughs or plan on doing a walk through with photos for changing these fluids? I have never attempted them, and i don't want to pay to have them done... the Dealership wants 125 bucks to do the front differential, 150 for the rear differential, and like 100 to do the tranny fluid... to me that is in-FKN-Sane! and refuse to pay that much... i know my car needs it and would not mind attempting to do these on my own.. but i would need some info or a guide to make sure i don't f-up. Or is it something i just shouldn't try to do...

 

any help would be appretiated.
