So i went out and bought the new Audiovox universal headrests with TV installed in each. One of the TV has a dvdplayer and both have AUX in so you can watch same on both or different or hook up games. Set comes with 3 different leather look covers in black, tan and grey. Black matches my car perfectly. Installation was simple. It even has an audio out if you want.

1. remove headrest

2. remove seat back. Pry it off at the top and middle of sides and lift up and out.

3. Install tvs in headrest after putting on cover and install using supplied pole spacer. (fits 10-14 MM)

4.Hook up wiring from tv to central box

5.Run power to central box. i spliced into the power port in center console. Comes with lighter plug, i cut it off. This came with enough wiring to install in back of suburban.

6. reinstall seatbacks.

7. watch tv. Took about 2 hours.

$599 at Frys. Al n eds have a sales tax special that makes it cheaper but you have to order it and Frys had it in stock. $700 including tax and 3 year warranty.

Just wanted to post a follow up on this, as I've wanted to do this for my legacy to keep my little one in the back entertained on some of our longer driving trips.

I was chatting with walshie999 thru PM's, and was looking at getting the same model thru Ebay. It was still a little pricey, but then I came across another similar item thru my search and whats even better, I found about the Live.com cashback rebate.

You can see the item, as well more details on the cash back from the following link:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=140278340101

It looks like the tan leather version is a pretty close match to mine too. I just ordered it a few days ago. Cost of $389 on Ebay, then I got back $97 from using the live.com cashback search feature. Pretty good deal if you ask me, thank you Microsoft :)

I don't have the item yet, but when I do, I'll post pictures of the install and how close the leather match really is.

Hey Leo, most of the ones I see on Ebay are Leather fabrics, not cloth. From what I've been told a custom job for something like this usually runs upwards of $1000 pretty easily.

I had mine installed last weekend, they are really nice. Quite impressed with the quality. I'll take some pictures of the final product and post them here.

The match on the Taupe interior is not perfect, but pretty close. You can't tell in the dark, but during the day you can tell the shade is slightly off. Again not too noticable though.
