Refuge
Question: Is anyone certain that a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT (VIN undisclosed) will be able to take a 2007 Spec B legacy (VIN undisclosed) Rack and Pinion? Used part swap
Max Capacity
Same chassis, so yes all 4th gen's are the same. Be careful which aftermarket one you buy. When I told my trusted mechanic mine was leaking, he told me he would only install one of the rebuilt racks. The others were all junk. But sounds like your going for a used one. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Underdog
My catalog shows slight differences between model years and 2.5i/GT/Spec.B models. Three different P/Ns: 34110AG05A, 34110AG06A, 34110AG07A There is no notification that the *05A should be replaced with the *06A or *07A, as there usually is if it's just a revised assembly. So wait does that mean they completely are not compatible? Or are you saying the transplant of a spec b 07 may be successful to a 05 lgt
