vrsix Posted August 21, 2011 Share Posted August 21, 2011 Driving in the left lane and went through an intersection. '08 G35 stops in front of me because of a traffic jam. Guy behind me was barreling down on my butt and fails to notice the traffic jam and hits me. I tried going to my left to avoid hitting the guy up front but it was too late. Pictures speak for themselves. Although it was getting late so it's hard to see the amount of damage in the rear. Only good news is Cop said guy behind me was at fault and according to my insurance that means his policy has to cover it.
