BrownBoy
omg. the auction talks. I believe w/ this guy you have to send in your own grille correct? I personally prefer the RBS one if I was to ever get one...
Mblock66
No you don't send your grille to him he sends you the powdercoated mesh precut to fit the stock grill and all the ties and stuff
BrownBoy
No you don't send your grille to him he sends you the powdercoated mesh precut to fit the stock grill and all the ties and stuff ah ok. So you just take off the chrome, and the badge, and twisty tie this mesh on top? interesting approach...
nKoan
ah ok. So you just take off the chrome, and the badge, and twisty tie this mesh on top? interesting approach... You also have to saw off the badge mount to make it more flush with the rest of the grille. gibsonsg
I have one, Black with stilleto. Its definatly and quality piece. i was a little leary of the way it mounted, it uses zip ties to mount to the original grill and you have to do some sawing. You have to basically take of the chrome fins and the emblem and then saw off most of the base that the emblem sits on. Once its mounted though it looks nice. for $50 its not bad. i also ordered and STI emblem and mounted that to mine. once i can get a camera i'll post pics, till then i know this thread is worthless. oh and you can barely notice the zip ties, and its very solid. hope this helps and damn wish i had a camera.
