Prepainted bumpers

Has anyone used a source for prepainted bumper covers? After my cross country move, the car got beat up. I hit 3 large pieces of truck tire tread sections that were on the highway. 2 I hit at night and the third landed right in front of me after the semi ahead of me discarded it. I guess he didn't need that tire anymore. I also need a new inner fender liner and lower engine tray. I think i'll just replace that with the Primitive skid plate. I don't want to just get my bumper repainted, because it won't fit right anymore. Some tabs under the headlight are broken on the bumper.

 

I looked at Reve Moto, but can't really find any reviews about their bumpers. Also, I'm a little hesitant because i've heard of some aftermarket bumpers not fitting right.
