Max Capacity
Open hood, lay big cushoin on top of engine, lay on your back and look up at the under side of the hood. You should be able to figure it out. Do you have the service manual ? 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). tbperry
pop all the clips out that hold the liner on and take that off, then there are 4 screws that hold the scoop itself on, not the whole thing, just the scoop, take those off and you have one more pop-it to push up on the scoop and your good to go. i did it about a month ago, just going off memory... hopefully thats it, either way its super simple. Max Capacity
You may want to swing by Harbor Fright and pick up the $5.00 plastic clip tool set. They come in handy when trying to remove the clips. http://www.harborfreight.com/5-piece-auto-trim-and-molding-tool-set-67021.html 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs.
