Any Cheap Alternatives to V Comp?

Hi All,

 

So I'm about to install new door speakers and since I will have the panels off, I was thinking of shoving something in the doors to absorb outside sounds etc.

Since I am also trying to do this on the cheap, is there a cheaper substitute I can put in the doors instead of the V Comp stuff??

You can get cans of paint on sound damping, but with everything car audio related, you get what you pay for.
