rear brakes 2001 Outback

I'm in the middle of a brake job. Replaced the front rotors and installed rebuilt calipers. I'm running into an issue with the rear brakes.

The rear caliper bracket bolts will not budge. Given the awkward access to those bolts, I'm concerned about rounding off the bolt head. I tried applying heat, but that didn't do the trick. Maybe the heat didn't get where it was needed.

Anyway - are there any tricks or tools that anyone can recommend to get those darn bolts out? I did the rotors on my 2007 LGT and the geometry is about the same. But those bolts came out reasonably well.

Luckily the rear brakes aren't in dire straits. So I'm buttoning things up and bleeding the brakes. But I'd like to get this job finished. Any help or insight would be great.

Thanks much,

Eville Rich
