scoogan Posted December 17, 2010 Author Share Posted December 17, 2010 If it is under 40 degrees, my radio will automatically shut off/reset itself when I crank the engine over. If the key was let in the accessory position and not cranked, the radio works fine. If it has to use every last drop to get the car started, it uses those for the starter and not for keeping the radio presets, ecu, etc. So, new battery is in order.
