1astrokeit
The ones that are in the struts? What you mean trim the rears?
motorbykemike
on the koni fronts the bump stop that is under the dust boot in the rear it's this big rubber end of missle looking thing bolted to car & the suspension hits it when the car is compressed or to low , like w/ s techs , cut 1/2-3/4" off w/ a hacksaw . you might want a bumpsteer kit going that low as well , see whiteline rock kit
1astrokeit
Does it matter on the rear which end of the bump stop I cut off? And the fronts I cut in half correct?
motorbykemike
you can only cut the "exposed" end on rear , other end bolts to the car . front , 1/2 but make sure you use the end that fits the strut rod tighter . rce makes shorter & stiffer fr stops , you may want t o check them out , there may even be a group buy going on right now . 1astrokeit
When cutting the bump stops for the front, which end does the cut part face? Im assuming the cut part faces the strut? If anyone has a pic of a cut bump stop that they did please post.
