SlickSpur
Will this fit? I'm looking at some 18" Superleggeras. I have the Eibach Pro Kit on my car, factory struts. The seller says the wheels are 18x8 with a +51 offset. Will I need to roll my fenders or anything? I'd really prefer to buy wheels that don't require modification. SlickSpur
Whoops, they're 215/45/18 RE92a's. whitetiger
you should be fine, though if your stock tire is 215/45/17, you would be better off with a 225/40/18 tire, or even a 245/35/18 tire.
SlickSpur
I believe 215/45/17 is the stock re92 size. I pulled it from the FAQ sticky thread. The tire size is the ones that are on them now, I was looking at buying these used from a local seller. I think there isn't much tread left on the tires, so I could certainly go for something thinner walled but I'd be stuck with the ones on it for a few months. Spec B
I had these same exact 18X8 Superleggeras..they fit perfectly, even slammed on coilovers. They will not clear Brembo's tho..you will need a 3-4 mm spacer.
Spec B
I had it on 225/40's btw.
whitetiger
fyi, i ran 245/35/18 r-comp tires(usually come wider then standard tires of the same size) on a +51 ssr rim with coilovers. it cleared the inside and cleared the unrolled fender on the outside. Drew888
^^^245/35/18's on a +51 seems perfect. What are you using now? [URL="http://legacygt.com/forums/vbpicgallery.php?do=view&g=1586"VbGallery/URL]
SlickSpur
245/35/18's on a +51 seems perfect. What are you using now? The tires on the wheels are 215/45/18 RE92as, not 245/35/18s, that's why I'm curious on the fit (especially lowered on Eibachs). I'm using the stock 17"s with the stock RE92s right now (215/45/17)
