FS: 1990 VW Corrado.

Selling my Corrado. I have owned it for 10 years now. Been through a motor and a supercharger. Realizing Volkswagens poor engine and supercharger design I had the engine fully built by Dynamic Racing Solutions in La Habra. Full 1.9 Liter build up from 1.8. 3 Angle valve job. Port and polished head. Motor was built to handle the beast of a supercharger I replaced the stock one with.

The Bahn Brenner twin screw lysholm supercharger. I also installed 440 cc injectors, and walbro in line fuel pump. For ECU it is a Sns stage 4 chip. Temporary setup so I could drive the car but not ideal.

Eurosport intercooler tubing and custom supercharger piping made when I was working at BurnsStainless ( Leaders in exhaust technology ).

Car needs a better tune I feel. But it does drive and runs fine.

Car is boosting at 16 psi.

Motor can supercharger have under 4000 miles.

Car has been sitting for a couple of years.

I got pulled over for modified exhaust which was a hefty ticket. So I have been nervous to drive it around. Plus it sounds like a jet.

 

I am looking to get $3500 obo.

You know I did a while ago. Than got lazy. I dont 'need' to sell it. I am just putting it here. They like to low ball huge on vwvortex.

My brother had the same supercharger in his. Right now he has one in his driveway with a turbo and stand alone setup waiting to be wired Previous owner gave up on the project.

I think standalone would make it a beast.

Its like a fire engine coming down the street. my bro sold his to a Marine thats crashed it soon after.

That is my car in the video. I swapped the bumper with a factory bumper when that one cracked. Which means I had to source foglights and reinstall them. Because in that aftermarket bumper it had no fog lights. Just turn signals.
