There are times when I do have to crawl on the back roads because of the endless amount of potholes, but that doesn't happen very often. Steep entrances etc do suck though (My driveway is steep and unpaved, which is getting progressively worse) but I manage to get in and out fine, and since the lip is poly urethane I don't worry to much about it scraping the ground.
