My order finally was finished after many delays from Perrin and other manufacturers. Bill wore himself ragged trying to make everything right with me. So I just wanted to say thank you and he will be getting more business from me in the future. It is refreshing to deal with someone who is actually helping the customer instead of just trying to help themselves. Thanks again Bill.
