lazybummm Posted June 19, 2008 Share Posted June 19, 2008 Anyone know the name or part number of the appropriate tranny fluid for the 5EAT for the LGT? i called the local subaru dealership parts dept, Sierra Subaru in Monrovia, they quoted me $10 for a quart of fluid and said it was something like demitsu or something...have no clue. any help would be apprecaited. and it seems that BG additive everyone is talking about is the ATC Plus? in the 11oz can? TIA! So my question is are all Subaru ATF the same? Other than synthetics are there any other suitable fluids? Found a part number: SOA868V9241 is this correct? I am also very curious about the aftermarket synthentic fluids available and how they have performed in the 5eat.
