They are brand new, still in the plastic protective wrapping from the factory. When I bought the Legacy they through in the all weathers and those were the mats that I always used. Now I have traded her in for a Tribeca and transfered the all weathers for a near perfect fit. I no longer need the regular/traditional Legacy mats.....
