issues sending map to AP

i just recently purchased a stage 3 etune from infamous and im having issues sending the map to my AP i was wondering if someone could give me some insight as to what im doing wrong.

basicly, i open accesstuner race, load the map onto that. then i click save and save it into my downloads folder. after that i open AP manager and search out the map in my downloads folder. then when i try to drag it over or send it to the AP the list on the left hand side of the AP manager vanishes and then i try to find the map on my AP after i put it back on my car and its not there.

any help would be nice

do i have to connect my AP to accesstuner race? if so when i try to click on connect to ECU it keeps saying that a USB/OBD cable needs to be connected.
