Trim around windows/roof rack paint chipping away. Best way to remove the rest of it?

As the title states. The black coating over the chrome bits on the window trim, as well as the paint on the roof rack and rub rails, is chipping off. Is there any way to get the rest off? The rails/rack can be sand blasted but the coating on the window trim appears to be a thicker rubber coating. I'd like to get if off so I can just plasti-dip it all.

Any tips?
