Boostjunkie
I'm sure someone has mentioned it before, but why the heck do you continuously refer to the O2 sensor "bung" as a "bong"? I just don't see anyone wrapping their lips around the "bong" on their downpipe for a hit! When an O2 sensor or EGT sensor goes in it, it's a bung. When herbacious smokable substances are involved, the object in question is a bong.
scans007
I just don't see anyone wrapping their lips around the "bong" on their downpipe for a hit! *Insert Curiousity* As for the Good stuff, I went from a perrin DP (sold) catless to my Lachute UP/DP w cat from Peter the other day and let me tell ya, these pipes are nothing short of fantasic! Great craftsmanship, great quality, perfect fit, rip'n in stage II.....wait I'm not getting paid for this am I....I'm done Don't ask just buy
PLTek
DeepFreeze2, sorry but I dropped a ball on this. I will find out what kind of warranty we will give on this product, I dont see it being less than 1 year, which is a standard warranty with COBB for example. In terms of ceramic coating, will find that out. Scans007, YOU ROCK, but you already know that. Still working on finding a soccer league in the area. (: talk to you soon PS PLtek, llc
PLTek
boostjunkie, sorry, did not mean to miss your question. I refer to it as bong because the whole shorty looks like a big BONG. Just kidding, that is the standard word used by vendors and enthusiasts, but you aready know that. (:
PGT
Actually, I think they use 'bung'. Maybe it's your proximity to Vermont that causes the substitution for bong? A bung necessary to use the second factory O2 sensor is included. In addition, an auxillary O2 sensor bung is located near the turbo in a position that's easy-to-reach from the engine compartment for wide-band O2 sensor use during tuning sessions. All flanges, hangers, O2 sensor bungs, casting and piping are constructed 100% from 304SS. TIG welding used exclusively.

PLTek
PMs sent. WARRANTY: We will offer an industry standard 1 year warranty. We will replace any product that doesnt hold up to the task, ie: if the welds break, etc. We guarantee the fitment to be 100%. Of course if someone wants to sent back a shorty with huge hammer bends on it or any alterations, cuts, etc. that could have contributed to the failure, that will not be covered. Triple Digits
Got the exhaust this evening Pete. Gotta say Lachute's jigging and welding look pretty damn good, and the Vibrant fabrication - whoa - it's supposed to go on the car tomorrow morning, but I gotta tell you, it's pretty enough to just stay right there in the living room. (Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I think it is better looking than my Brullen - and as good as it looks in the living room - it will be going on the car.) I set my standards pretty high, and I have to say Peter has the patince of a saint, and I don't think anybody could come up with anyone (short of a blood relative) that is more accessible or willing to back his products better. (Julian at Lachute did jump right in there Thursday morning to get your back, so gotta give a shout out for that too...)
PLTek
hi, Thank you for the kind words. Deep down I knew that once you saw the mufflers, you would understand why i like them so much on my car and would recommend them to anyone. The sound is awesome too, it will mature with time to to give you a distinct, audible, yet perfect sound. Best PS PLTek,llc
Triple Digits
I knew that once you saw the mufflers, you would understand why i like them so much on my car and would recommend them to anyone. SOLD! And beyond what it does visually for the rear of the car (balancing out the brightwork, pulling it down and widening it) I never would have believed that it could have added even more snot to ST2 - and you could write a book on the sound - symphonic...
