ilya124 Posted June 17, 2012 Share Posted June 17, 2012 My 2.5i is making some noises during breaking. But it is not squeaking, it's more of a whooshing sound, if that makes sense. Clute Posted June 18, 2012 Share Posted June 18, 2012 You might have dirt in the wheel well hub it should go away in a few days. My brakes made a horrible screeching/scratching noise a while back didn't know wtf it was,turned out it was dirt inside the wheel well hub. It went away that day. Every so often you'll have to take the wheels off to make sure dirt and rust isn't accumulating inside the wheel hub and be sure to clean it out.
