STiNGER Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 Hi all, Could someone let me know the proper name (or part number) for the pipe after the down pipe but before the muffler system. Mid-pipe? It's catted and has a sensor I believe, but mine has rotted out. I'm looking for a quick fix to pass inspection. I'm having trouble finding one. I see complete exhaust systems and your typical up and downs. When you buy an aftermarket downpipe it replaces the first and second section of the downpipe. The first two are the pipe, one end bolted to muffler Y pipe and the other bolted to my Crucial downpipe. My DP must have been a "shorty".
