Clutch Master Cylinder Died....Again

Recommended Posts

Holy sh!t someone tell me why I'm replacing my cmc again!!! This is the 5th or 6th time. Originally I replaced it with a part from car quest when I couldn't get my new clutch setup to work. I changed to an ACT HD 6 puck and since I have had them fail frequently. Like 6 weeks at a time. I changed the car quest one out as warranty, switched to an advance auto after, replaced under warranty, tried an autozone, replaced under warranty. I have changed the slave out also just to be safe. All have had the forward seal tear/deteriorate. I'm lost. Is my pp too hard on em? Is the OEM the best route? Is there another option? Should I burn the car and call progressive?

PM BAC5.2 he's the expert on this area.

I thought you knew that. Good Luck.

If I recall your Spec problems ended up being a bad TOB, right ?
