Upgrading Turbo Questions And Comments Please

i recently posted asking about the vf 52, but ive read many mix reviews and i was also considereing the 16g or the 18g, im running an 06 legacy gt, with a invidia dp/up, and a tune. I was hoping for some advice/suggestions as of what turbo/set up to run. any help is appreciated.

u kinda need to tell us your goals first. what do you want it to be able to do?

touche. im looking for 300+ hp, uhm i do plan on probaly pairing the new turbo with a perrin fmic, but mainly im just trying to get it boosting more. also im trying to stay on the cheaper side not the cheapest but not the most expensive.

16g, fuel pump, injectors, intercooler, tune /thread

 

18g is more than your goals require and will likely need a new clutch much faster than a 16g

but im assuming the same would apply as the 18g it would require more upgrades then just the turbo and injectors

i have been pondering the same thought, im in between the two. Does the 16g spool much faster than the 18g, or just slightly?
