New Euro Spec B Tourer.

Recommended Posts

Picked up my new Euro 3.0 Spec B Tourer yesterday, after part exchanging my 9 month old 2.5Se Tourer. All I can say is wow! that flat 6 sounds beautiful when it's wound up, the gear change is sooo sweet (unlike my old STi) and the handling is now much sharper, but surprisingly not noticibly any harder. I have taken a few quick pics for those that may be interested in Europe, not sure if you guys over the pond get this model at all?
Love the wheels!! How hard is it to buy a set of used 3.0 wheels over there? :D
Well, there is an easier way. Here's 3.0R Spec B wheels: Heres ASA JH3 in Bright Satin Silver (also in plain silver and chrome) available in 17x7.5, half an inch wider than US GT wheels, or 18x8, an inch wider than the 3.0R Spec B wheels (I believe 3.0R Sb is 18x7, but I could be wrong) Just needs the Subaru caps rather than the ASA caps. Besides BBS RG-Rs, I think these might be the most fitting wheels on a Legacy besides stock. Imagine that, since they are almost carbon copies of subaru factory rims... more at TireRack ASA JH3 BTW, that is a cool black wagon. I actually kinda like the bright trim along the rocker panels.

Damn man- why do we the "other" markets always get better wheels? Subaru should relaize that wheels make a car look sooo much better- If I has seen those wheels on a Subaru and not been into the brand, I'd have had to go check out what kind of car it was.
good look bruv...now if we can get the navi and 6MT state-side....most of us would prefer the turbo 4 over the 6 unless they lapped a turbo on the 6...then we may have to reconsider.
Actually, if you look at the tach, the redline is 7,000 which tells me this is no ordinary six. I would opt for the six over the turbo 4 anyday. Can't substitute C.I.
