jrotes
Kind of a stupid questioin, but I will ask anyhow. I noticed on the new 2008 Legacy's they come equipped with the Auxiliary audio jack for portable media players. Thinking about buying a 2005 Legacy, does anyone know if there is an Auxiliary audio jack. If anyone has advice whether or not to buy a 2005 model please let me know. Thanks in advance. LGT Dave
As was already said, they do not come with an aux in jack from the factory. However, you can add your own aux in jack fairly easily using a small adaptor made by one of the members on the board. See here: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18504. eljay
Mike Vigneau's design does not require a blank cd to work, but does need to be installed by someone who knows electronics. The kit is $75 and mine was installed last week in the Denver area for $190. I've been thrilled with it! eljay here is the link: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71387 i'm way out of my depth . . .
