08Legacy08 Posted October 10, 2012 Share Posted October 10, 2012 I used to have that "lip"... It kinda fits the USDM cars... but needs to be modified at the lower splitter. It's a jdm lip that is mounted over the lower portion of the factory bumper cover. I don't know where you'd find one now... I did see one recently in the FS forum.
