tractorcrusher Posted August 8, 2007 Share Posted August 8, 2007 Hi all, I just picked up a Spec B on Monday, and am getting the windows, taillights, and possibly the headlights tinted tomorrow from Subaru. I did some searching and couldn't find the difference between "dark" and "smoke" tinted tail lights? Also, has anyone gotten the greenish/metalic tint on their diamond gray metallic Spec B? I'm referring to the same tint that comes on most Lexus'. I'm probably going to go with the darkest legal tint possible, but also wanted to see a metallic tint if possible. Thanks for the help! Might look funky with different tints... 20% is illegal for the fronts in Texas, so the dealership won't do it. I just told them as dark as possible so we'll see how it turns out. qikslvr Posted August 9, 2007 Share Posted August 9, 2007 20% in the rear and on the windshield down to the mirror and 35% on the front doors on mine and they pretty much all look the same unless you are looking at the side straight on from a few feet away.
