Trunk lift support

Recommended Posts

I'm just going off memory here, the top of the lift strut is bolted to the trunk lid with 2 10mm bolts and for the end that is attached to the trunk, all you have to do it yank it off of the ball it swivels on. It's a very quick and easy replacement. I have a wagon but I also have a parts car sedan I can take pictures of just to show you if you haven't done the job already.

Hey thanks for the response. Could you please post pics? I got them in, but judging by the grinding noise when I close the trunk, I believe they're in wrong.
