argyle409 Posted May 6, 2012 Author Share Posted May 6, 2012 I almost drowned 5am on friday when I lost control of my outback on wet road ran into a guard rail and flipped it into Lake Whitney with me inside of it, I am very lucky and happy that I made it out alive with only a concussion. The car I can replace along with all the belongings but I still have my life to live I'm only 20. Yea it took about a full day to realize how lucky I really was, since I was just in so much shock it happened so quickly an the other part of friday I spent in the ER getting checked out. I guess it got around more then I thought I don't have a tv at home so I couldn't see how much a blew up, but I was the news when they were pulling my car out. I was really lucky to be in such good shape after such a crash so I now see why it probably got so big so quick. I'm okay now which is great, I am slowly replacing the rest... Discourage from another outback, eh.. I always wanted a Legacy wagon, but really wanted the newer 05+ legacy wagon:wub:... so looks that I will be searching for an 05-07 Legacy Wagon or Outback. But I don't like the 2 tone color so if I get another Outback it'll be a solid color so Black, silver or the Gold/White color, or they made a '08 OB Wagon in grey color... though I don't like the gauge pod in that year... but I will be staying awd so subaru for sure, and larger family size car not rex or sti Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
