Rear badge gone, new look rice or not?

Recommended Posts

So I got rid of my rear subie badge and replaced it with what? The Legacy letters blacked out! (I'm going for a flat black/silver theme on the spec) Anyways I wanted your opinions on the letters, I know they're probably a lil crooked, but that's easy to fix and I had the several mandatory install beers while doing it. Voice your opinions!

I think it could be the angle, but it might be slightly off, like I said it'll be easy to fix. A reason I may have gotten off center could be due to the concentration I had on making the G and A cover the damn holes they put in for the embem  I really like how it looks, reminds me more of

Than the inspire though...

I think it looks great! How did you go about getting rid of those 2 holes from the emblem? I talked to a body shop bout filling and painting, they wanted about $400 and they were ganna spray hole trunk.

The emmblem is flat on the back with two little prongs sticking out that stick into holes, there isn't any indent or anything on the lid. The letters are barely wide enough to cover the holes entirely if positioned right, so that's what I did. Personally I would also prefer to have nothing on the back as well, but I'm not cruising around with two holes in my lid or paying a shop to fill them in either.
