stewartg
STi and Swift are the most popular on a spec.b unless you want to go with coilovers. I have STI's, handling is improved but the ride stays pretty much the same as stock, Swifts are stiffer and have a larger drop. Not sure where to get the Swifts, but Gruppe-S has a grood price on STI's.
edkwon
I bought my swifts from RaceComp Engineering for a good price, they're a vendor on these forums i think. I dont remember the priced i paid, but if you call them, they will tell you. Not sure where to get the Swifts, but Gruppe-S has a grood price on STI's. I think Gruppe S shut down permanently, call up their successor shop GST Motorsports (google for their number)

sirsimon
Yep - Swifts are a bargain!
stewartg
Pinks are a lot more than I imagined paying for just springs, but they are good quality parts. I am happy with them for a street setup. Since the OP says he hates the ride, I think he wants something more dramatic than pinks. So swifts or a coil over are in order.
iON Performance
SloSpec-B - you may want to check out our Spec-B specific springs as well.
