yakima rack

ok I've probably spent 3 hours trying to put this $#%^ on. If anyone around SLC has one of these and would be willing to show me what I am missing I would take you out to lunch or something. Seriously. I found that the M1 and M3 are 41.5 and 41 as the legacy sedan is not on the q clip paper in the box. And now Ive pretty much got everything as tight as it will go without ripping my siding off and I can still tug on the bars and the bar still wiggles at least .5 inches. I am ready to take this pos back but I've had a yakima rack before and had not had this problem. Let me know ASAP.

Oh also if anyone is into mountain biking hit me up cuz I just bought a Gary Fisher Hi Fi and plan on going tons after this rack thing is figured out. Thanks.
