Is this oil on the sparkplug? What's it mean?

Here is a picture of my sparkplug from the front driver's side. I was told by my tuner that I had blue/grey smoke coming from the exhaust during my first pull but it went away before the second pull.

 

You'll notice some gunk just below the threads on the crush washer. It looks like dirty oil, but it isn't wet. It's hard and a little sticky. Anyone know what this is or what it means?

Was expecting to see a pic with the actual tip of the plug. Probably would not worry about that unless the part that sticks into the cylinder is oily or built up with crusty carbon.

 

The electrode (pic attached) looks good, I was just worried about the substance near the base of the plug that looked like oil. I did put some type of spark plug anti-seize on the plugs, so that's probably it. Thanks everyone for their input.
