zmarko
......cubby and vent section installed? I'm installing my cubbypod and boost gauge today. I'm at work, and accidentally left my wire strippers at home. I'd rather just leave the cubby section removed, however when I start the car, the airbag light on the dash lights up. I figure this is just because the display under the cubby with the air bag warning lamp is unplugged, but not sure if this is dangerous (I don't need the airbags just going off for no reason). lol. Anyone driven around without the cubby installed for any length of time?

DKB_SATX
Usually if the airbag light means anything at all, it means that the airbag ISN'T going to go off for ANY reason, including a collision. Most of the time it just means the circuit isn't reading exactly as designed.

Bbc84
i drove with my cubby out, i had a gapping hole in the dash people gave me some wierd looks, probably cuz i had a screwdriver in the cupholder too so maybe they think i was stealing it. It took me a week to get gauges in so i drove with out the cubby for a few days
John M
My cubby has been out for 2+ years now. One day I'll actually install the carputer setup but I just haven't had the time.
