what's in your trunk?

Recommended Posts

Just took some pictures in my trunk for another thread and thought this could be fun.

Here's what I've got.

Spare wheel well:

Full sized spare, gloves to keep my hands clean if I have to change a tire, 1 quart of PP 5W30 or 10W30 depending on the season, a roll of paper towels, stock set of tools in foam thing, and an aluminum frame to keep the floor from sinking down.

Trunk:

Bag with jumper cables and air compressor

Bag with stock lug nuts, sockets and adapter for spline lug nuts

Bag with... I don't remember, sandals, sun block, and painters tape?

Torque wrench, breaker bar, umbrella, snow/ice scraping thing, and a beach towel.

Nothing.

Ok 4 small microfiber towels in that tray under the spare tire cover and a ice scrapper for next season on top of the spare tire.

An umbrella, a first aid kit, road flares, some tools, and a monkey.

An impact wrench, 3/8" air rachet, broken tail light, 2 tarps, tools out the wazoo, and all the spare tire junk. Occasionally I take some trash to the dump, so the tarps keep my trunk from smelling afterwards. (Although it doesn't hurt to let it air out afterwards... ;))
