bbjones121
Has anyone done this conversion? I would like to do it with my Factory Five 818 to allow split side intercoolers. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk
Max Capacity
Think about the oil return hose. If you can fab something up it should work. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. JmP6889928
I'm sure it can be done. Engine layout is basically the same so fitment onto the exhaust ports is easy. To split it, might as well go dual turbo with a couple of Td04's or similar small turbos and then split your intercoolers and run a dual intake to a single (maybe use an STi silicone Y to combine them) but make sure that if you were to try this, that EVERYTHING is equal length and that the turbos are identical. Could make some really cool adaptations here if you want to do the fab work. Are you building an 818? If so, please PM me as I have a friend that's very interested in doing this too. I can hook you guys up and you can tell him the goods and bads about it.
