I Need Any Information About Spec B Transmission

I quickly looked through transmissions, but didnt really find anything, sorry if this is a repost, I tend to repost things, and if this is a repost then post the original link and delete this post - after a few days so I can see the original link

I am currently in Automotive Technology school and we have to give a presentation about a manual transmission. I have decided to do mine on the Spec B trans

So I need information about the Spec B transmission, any information except torque specs, also any links will helpful

The information can be anything, like differences in the trans over the years, even like how much hp it can handle, stupid comments is also accepted as long as it is correct

I wrote this on NASIOC. Not sure if it's worth anything here since the Legacy has a nice set of ratios already.

It has some links to calculators and has the Spec B's ratios in the gear ratio part of the post.

The Legacy 6spd does NOT run a DCCD center diff, it's a viscous limited slip differential that is the same strength as the 5spd trannies. I may very well run the same internal oil pump. It's possible that you can swap over the transfer case off an STI and it can be turned into a DCCD tranny. I likes!!!

Not sure if it did get a front LSD or not. does run a 3.900FD and a 1:1 transfer gear.
