Right now I have an 06 2.5i Limited with 76xxx miles, paid off. Who says I would I be a fool to trade it in on a one-owner 2005 with 95k? Any known issues with the 3.0? BAC5.2 Posted October 13, 2009 Share Posted October 13, 2009 I'll reassure you on the 3.0, if you want. Some leak oil, but for the majority of the cars on the road they are bulletproof. The Tribeca guys rarely complain, from what I've seen and read. If the H6 was available with a manual transmission, I'd probably have gotten it. Plus, the 3.6 doesn't look like a difficult swap. If I ever build a project, I'll probably get late-gen 3.0R and do a 6MT and built 3.6. Almost the same thing some guy on this board ended up doing (supercharged 3.6).
