And when I took it apart, I could tell from the HG that it had been overheated. The cyl walls were shiny (no crosshashing), etc. I got the engine for free so I just ran it. So far, it seems that the only thing to be replaced is an alternator, some sway bar links, and the timing jobs a few times. However, the original clutch lasted to 150k miles.
