g2redgsr Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 ok, i have 3000 miles left on my warranty and it seems like everything is designed to go around now...already replaced the turbo and an axel, now my cars making a thumping sound when my front tires go over a speed bump or and little shift in the road, it sounds like my sway bar is hanging off, but its not, i think its the strut but im not sure, now i went to foxwoods this weekend with 4 ppl in my car and in first gear it sounds like my rear ends falling out...any ideas what these noises can be so the dealer cant bs me? Max Capacity Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 On the strut noise, I'm guessing the hat has shifted where the spring sits. Mine does it too. I'll take a look at it someday. Rear end noise could be one or both rear axle bearings, should be covered. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).
