Cheap but is it worth it?

Looking for a cheap LGT. I want something I could drive to work until spring and then do a rebuild. I came across this at small used car lot: 2005 LGT, auto with 187,000. Have only seen pics. Its 140 miles from my house. I've read many threads about comp. test/leak test, etc. What would be a starting point for a fair price? I would like a base # before I go look at it. Interior looks clean and is a one owner. Says it runs good and everything works.......we'll see how true that is!!
