WeThree
I think they'd be a bit too busy for my tastes, maybe without the little 'rivets' around the edge'
Throttlejockey
Personally, I like the look of the stock wheels.
gtguy
My Lord, that's horrific. That wheel would make a GT instantly ugly, IMHO. The stock wheels are, particularly in the case of the wagon, well-integrated into the overall design of the vehicle. Kevin

SUBE555
I agree, too busy. Something cleaner, simpler fits my taste more.
agctr
Hmm no not the best, NO Bling factor for me not to mention having to wash them. Now that would be a nightmare!
axis008
HRE wheels huh? They are soo expensive. I know people with them and yeah.. Very baller. Haha. I think they look okay. Not sure if it would work with a Legacy, since they're better suited for European cars. -ben
InterCooled
Busy, yes, but you can't really tell until they are on the car. I can photoshop it but I need the car and wheel on the right angles (makes it more realistic). Post a car and a wheel with the closest matching angles possible and I will do my best. runsonb00st
HRE wheels are very expensive, and on top of that the quality is poor (especially for what you pay). I agree with the general consensus here, those are just too busy for the look of the car.
axis008
The quality is poor? How so? Aren't they forged? Or are they like crappy forged? If that makes any sense haha. Godwhomismike have you checked out iForged rims? They are nice too and they are like HRE but a wee bit cheaper, although still expensive. -ben
Xenonk
Btw, you do know that HRE and Fikse rims cost well over $800 for a set of 17x8? These are custom made rims to order with offset.. they are also not clear coated.. so you better get ready to wash them every day cuz the brake dust will eat into the metal. You better wash them, polish it up and wax them to prevent a hard scrub down. runsonb00st
The main complaint I've heard from many HRE owners is that the wheels just aren't strong enough to handle daily driven use. My cousin has a set of 446R's and they get bent/damaged so easily. But yes, a cheap(er) alternative to similar wheels are the iForged rims. But if you're looking to spend so much on wheels I'd also look at Work, Volk, Gram Light, SSR, Advan and BBS.
