Would prefer local swap (Castle Rock / South Denver area), especially for the mufflers.

If you want pictures of anything, send me a PM.

Thanks,

Would I have to do some tunning when i put in your turbo into my car or would it be a straight bolt in?

Well, I think the safe answer is that, yes, you should get a tune if you change from a VF40 to VF46. The housing allows a little more flow, and the compressor wheel is a little bit bigger.

That said, from a safety standpoint, I think you'd be fine to swap without a tune, I just don't know if it'd run as well as the VF40 until you can get a tune.

You can run the turbo without a tune, but if you do, do not drive your car hard. Drive conservatively until you can take it to a performance shop. A generic Stage 1 mapping (like on the Accessport) won't do anything with a turbo swap. You're going to either see if you can find a VF 46 swapped Legacy map that someone makes/sells or like I said, get it pro tuned and actually bring out it's full potential.

Also, you don't have to have the exhaust, but it definately would help bring out more power! And yes it's a direct replacement for your stock VF40.
