vbgarage: test alt, red x on pic upload attempt

then file name and red x on refresh. no dice trying 'show picture' for either. file size is good, various pics/formats tried. java updated today, same story

getting this result for 2 days now; quick google suggests may be small server issue? never had any probs before...

nobody else having trouble uploading into vb?

Yup. When I follow the link to the picture, I get:

 

Invalid GD data-5575 specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

 

Tested in FireFox and IE9 and on several different machines with the same results. Uninstalled and reinstalled Java - no dice. I'm sick of messing with it.

my error is 'YAHOO undefined' and some missing object java lines.

on the vb garage page, some users show as having a ridiculous # of pics, i guess it's a code for the error.

but it's weird, since i can upload pics on all other site areas (albums, threads, etc.).

i also tried IE alternative (standalone chrome app), same result.

i test every now and then, but have pretty much given up trying to resolve it.

@underpowered, I can't say what your problem is, but it's not likely the server.

 

@FiftyTwoEighty, thanks we moved the server yesterday and didn't set the permissions. You should be able to upload fine now (at least I can again).

thanks for the re, Tide -- i agree, my issue's almost surely on my end since it doesn't appear to be affecting others.
